Formlabs Form 2 printer with Formlabs Castable Wax resin. The resin is expensive (300$ a liter), but most pieces only take likse 5-15ml so it goes a looooong way even with supports. There are other more budget resin printers that are compatible with their own castable resin however, though I haven't tried them.
