    No, I haven't tried brain.fm. I'm using an app called simply 'Brainwave' on my iPhone. Since I only rarely have trouble falling asleep, I cannot say whether the sleep aid programs there really work, but I tried meditation tracks and I believe they can suit your purpose of unwinding after a stressful day.
