One small recommendation would be to have only one caption instead of multiple. Another is for that old internet feel of weirdcore, try using a few fonts from cooltext.com or flamingtext.com and use a font that would look like it would be used in a Geocities page. Honestly, if your going for easy to use, simple, and somewhat advanced programs I'd recommend something Adobe. However, it costs money sadly. Possibly Adobe illustrator, Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Aftereffects. Unfortunately I am not in the pursuit of the Adobe series. If you want it to be a job board, find pictures of scrolls and add those to your map layer above the sign, then add text over them so it looks like writing. If you want to get fancy with the text there's some cool font generators out there. Https://cooltext.com/ is good and exports as an image.
