I've had this problem for a while. I'm using filepond on the frontend for uploading files, and I've followed their setup documentation, but I cannot for the life of me get it to work. But most of the libraries I find either disable the browser scrollbar completely and implement their own scrolling based on css transforms (like locomotive-scoll) or dont touch the native browser scroll at all (like rellax or lax.js).
