Those disappointed that the functionality is a bit beyond your grasp. BadUSB is always a hoot. Here's a simple classic I used with with Rubber Ducky to mess with people.
Opens the run dialog on Windows, uses the default browser to open geektyper.com, selects the fake "decrypting password" window, then makes the browser full screen. Victim comes back to a computer that looks like they're being hacked by the peeps from NCIS. Source: almost 2 years ago
