We use PINES which is based on Evergreen, which is open-source. I believe there are vendors you can pay to help you set it up and run it, and there's a volunteer community that will help, too. Of course, this is at the expense of having someone else run it *for* you, but my understanding is that we (Georgia libraries that use PINES) decided to make the software to address limitations in existing ILSs. Goodreads.com allows you to browse recent releases. They have lists of books and a bit of code that can link you from one book to other similar books.
