It's probably screen addiction. I don't think that it will get better if you simply get rid of the tablet now. I support previous comments, it's helpful to find a new hobby. Just try to remember what you were interested in when you were a child and start doing it now. Social media is not bad but you must always know what you'll do if the smartphone is offline or turned on. Otherwise, it looks like screen addiction.
