  I was never comfortable with the centralized cloud PWMs. That's one of the reasons I chose Enpass after test-driving a couple dozen PWMs — it's up to me where my data is stored. It works very well for logging into my Proton account, as well as several dozen other services which offer TOTP but don't offer FIDO/U2F/WebAuthn yet.
