  • Online Voting for an Board Election
Electionbuddy.com is the cheapest one and is not that hard to set up. It IS legal in most states, you just have to mail out a postcard and let them know they can also print it out and mail it in. Since most people are cheap they wont' spend the $0.65 for a stamp. Source: 4 months ago
  • Proxy for quorum only
Many states allow for online voting using websites like electionbuddy.com With online voting there is no need for a proxy. Proxies in general shoudl be avoided. Always try to get the vote of the actual person and either allow absentee ballots or online voting over a week or longer to give people time to vote. Source: 11 months ago
  • Did my HOA board violate their own election policy ?
Insist electionbuddy.com or some other 3rd party run the elections for $60 its not a big cost. Source: 12 months ago
