I think everyone in the thread knows about "search engines" in Chrome and bookmark keywords in Firefox. The crux of the issue is that there are more than 10,000 bang commands in DDG. Setting up even a popular subset in any given browser is a significant investment. It does, at least for the links that show content like msn.com, bing.com, search.yahoo.com, and ecosia.org. Other links like search.kiwibrowser.org are functional but have no content, or are down like mobile-search.me. Strangely, Kiwi redirects m.trovi.com to Google, which is subject to adblocking. When I use duckduckgo, I get links to what appears to be cached results of other people's yahoo searches (domain is) search.yahoo.com in my duckduckgo search results. This is annoying because those searches are mostly unrelated and are spamming the legitimate results. Source: about 2 years ago
