  • I tried to describe how you can use a digital whiteboard (e.g., Miro, Mural, FigJam) to tag user interviews. The main advantage is that you can quickly categorize things visually in at least three different ways, which seems useful. Any comments, shared experience, or suggestions?

    Other options include EnjoyHQ, Aurelius, and Condens. Out of those 3, I tried Condens last year and gave up on it, because the transcription quality was sub-par. When we were considering which tool to use earlier this year, the video montage option and the ability to do the analysis fully from the tool swayed us, and we ended up picking Dovetail.
