You should tell this psych, if you decide to keep them, that the side effects from the meds are too strong and you do not like them.   There’s an online practice called Plushcare. The company I work for offers it as a benefit and I’ve used it for urgent virtual care visits. They’ve been really good. But they also offer primary care. I have no idea how that works when you need to get labs and in-person exams done - which is why I chose to stick with my regular PCP. But thought I’d mention it.
