If you stood on whatever was connecting the tree to dry land, is it firm or just loose/floating on the water? I took a look at the tee sign on 4 on dgcoursereview.com, anything beyond the perimeter of the water is OB, so I'd consider whether that's dry land or just a tree that you can stand on. Check out dgcoursereview.com as a good resource to find courses and to get logistical info on the course (course map, directions, special instructions). And have a blast out there! Often you can just join up with other folks there, especially if you say you're new and could use some help. Some courses are easy to navigate hole-to-hole than others. Source: about 2 years ago
With regard to available datasets, you can try asking the PDGA or UDisc if they're willing to provide hole-by-hole data exports but it's unlikely they will do so, or it may take a while. The best fast source I'm aware of would be selecting, copying & pasting hole scoring data into Excel pages from events where the European Metrix scoring software is used. https://discgolfmetrix.com/.
