We currently have PaperCut, but I'd like to move away from on-prem printer management as well as print servers. Before they were acquired by Kofax , we signed up with printix.net. Pricing is per user/per month and very cheap. We tested them 9 ways to Sunday , we had issues , but primarily because we did not RTFM.
