As a 36F, nearing 40, I have been reading and listening to more information about working out at this age and a lot of studies have found weight training to be far more beneficial as you age and cardio actually less helpful and causes more stress to your body. Yes. My activity feed won't load, including activity feeds at the bottom of people's profiles. I cleared all the website data, cache, and cookies for strava.com out of Safari, reloaded, and it worked on the first load, but went back to being broken after that.
