I like to do HIIT with body weight. Admittedly, I've been off the wagon for awhile, but this site kept things interesting for me: https://darebee.com. - Source: Hacker News / about 1 month ago

Darebee is a great resource for free at home exercises. I’ve worked with personal trainers to great results but I still use a lot of resources from that site to get a light exercise in on days I feel like crap or I’m so dang tight or spastic I can’t do more. Source: 4 months ago
As a 36F, nearing 40, I have been reading and listening to more information about working out at this age and a lot of studies have found weight training to be far more beneficial as you age and cardio actually less helpful and causes more stress to your body. That is, of the 632 calories on Day 2, 16g were from protein, 42g from carbs, and 48g from fat. The myfitnesspal.com website makes it easy to input 'manual' foods from my respective meals, where I put in the calories, grams of fat, carbs and protein, and it calculates out the percentages / calories on a given day's diary. Hi there, good job losing the weight you have. I recommend myfitnesspal.com. You will need your accurate height also. But you can play around with the figures to see how much of a deficit you need/what your calorie goal should be etc. Ive used it for years, there is also a massive community and food database :).
