I have ADHD so it's really hard for me to sit down and complete one thing because while I'm completing that thing it'll remind me to do another and that circle just keeps going around and I get no where. As stupid and simple as this sound try and go to bed earlier or getting more sleep. Maybe you need to "hibernate" for a little while and recover back that sleep.
