• My email account randomly asked me to give password to log in. I forgot it? So I try to reset and AT&T won’t recognize my user name. Customer Service takes me in circles. A chat agent cut me off and directs me to call 800-288-2020, but that’s how I got her! Help me please. ☹️

• Help for my elderly aunt. Just helped her buy a new iMac and she’s trying to add her 15+yo “bellsouth.net” acct. Looks like AT&T may have bought them out and she’s getting the runaround from AT&T, UVerse, Yahoo (?? Apparently the AppleCare folks told her that?) Who can help her?
