    Sorry but you don't know what you're talking about. Cubeb is so awful that Mozilla completely disabled JACK support in Firefox. Its PulseAudio backend is also whacky and messes with volume settings. I maintain another application which uses PortAudio.     I believe "Mixxx" and I know a properly configured Winamp can both just send your line in signal (ie the input of your interface) to the shoutcast server (although Mixxx supports most timecode vinyl, so you can play it like Serato).
