Firdt you need to convert your image you want as an icon, you can use this https://icoconvert.com/, after converting it right click the app you want to change the icon, click properties, then click change icon, then browse where you put the image converted to an icon file then you're done. It has a resource folder somewhere with icon PNGs, what I did was, copy paste the folder into a new folder and then go on this page (https://convertico.com) to convert the PNGs into ICO. Files ! For the icon to scale properly to all sizes, the icon needs to be 256p x 256p, when the icon is smaller it doesn't scale. The only thing you can do is change it for a custom one, download a .png of the logo and convert it to .ico with this this, then right click, properties and change icon. Source: over 1 year ago
