  Group pomodoros are really helpful for me. It gives my brain a mini-deadline every 25 minutes and having other people there working with me keeps me on task.   3.The only way I've come across to document the amount of time spent is to use timesheets or time tracking softwares. Some examples of time tracking softwares are Toggl, Hubstaff, and Time Doctor.
