  I like freeCodeCamp because they actually suffer from the opposite issue of being too hands-on with little of the deeper context that TOP gives. There is also a free "bootcamp" style shared walkthrough of the webdev/js content if that format is more motivating. Both are easy to find on classcentral.com. Source: about 2 years ago

  My recommendation is to sign up for codecademy.com and create an account to learn SQL over there. Also use sqlbolt.com because both of these websites provide detailed interactive SQL tutorials that should help you write it.
