I was looking for a template service, specifically for Cyber Audits, led me to business-in-a-box.com. The payment options SEEMED to indicate 2: monthly or yearly. I BELIEVED I had monthly picked. Paid via paypal. Got a huge shock to see they billed me for the YEAR. The service seems decent however. Templates seem good too. I dont want ALL of them, 3-5 maybe. Is that worth nearly $500 AUD? US guy here (not a lawyer), definitely set up the company first and have written stuff in place for what each founder/dev gets. Team disagreements over a multi-sig or distribution can be a killer and are likely going to be your main issue. Also having a corporate entity (even an LLC) shields you from a lot of liability in the case of a bug or funds lost on behalf of users. You can use even an online service... Source: about 2 years ago
