  If youre going to be staying less 6 months or so, I would recommend something like splitspot or bungalow.com. They both have short term leases, but SplitSpot has much lower security deposits. You *might* have other roommates(usually college kids), but it would be more affordable than an AirBnB or hotel for 4 months. Source: about 1 year ago
