  • buying a Ibuypower computer
There are websites that let you configure a build with components you buy and assemble that let you know if any aren't compatible with others. You could use as a guideline. https://buildmypc.net/. Source: 11 months ago
  • Hoping to sell my pc for around $800-1000. Is that reasonable for this build or should I aim lower?
Of course...there's also the risk of something being broken or almost broken. Personally, I'd always buy the parts and build it myself, but some people, old and young, are afraid of venturing into that, and the whole pack might be cheaper than what the buildmypc.net is showing. • How tf do you guys just *do* this
How I did it. 1. Buy all the components and use an online pc part compatibility checker like buildmypc.net 2. Bring it to my local pc repair shop. 3. Pay the man 80 CAD 4. Pick it up 2 days later. Source: about 1 year ago

  • I need some help building my pc
I know I still need a power supply (which one should I buy?), do I need something else?, are all my parts compatible? (I checked them on buildmypc.net but some of them weren't available on the site), do you have some advice? Source: over 1 year ago

  • Looking for a specific window-managing software (macOS equivalent for a Windows app)
On my Windows PC I am using Window Grid , which is my favorite way to manage windows, and would love a macOS equivalent. If you haven't used it, basically it adds a right click function only when you grab a window to move it - so grabbing a window with left click (holding it down), right-clicking and then a grid pops up to help you resize and realign that particular window. Here's a gif from their website. This... Source: about 1 year ago

  • alt + tab mouse click doesn't work on Win 11?
Another approach that does not involve the Alt key is WindowGrid and of course there is Microsoft's own FancyZones PowerToy. Source: about 2 years ago
