• Scouter Application stuck in "Pending Action by BSA" for a month

  I applied to be a merit badge counsellor and as such submitted the adult scouter application with the proper type (42) through scouting.org a month ago and it's status still says "Pending Action by BSA". I've reached out to the council contact for Merit Badge Counsellors and all he could tell me was "Looks like it's still pending action by BSA" and said he didn't have any way to check where it was hung up.   I'm doing the Advancement online training and it suggests using the book "Ceremonies for Dens and Packs." The link in the training doesn't work and I can't seem to find it on scouting.org or scoutshop.org. Was this book replaced or is there another good resource for ceremonies? Source: about 1 year ago
