Niche job boards are pretty good if you're already into that niche. But the problem with most of them is that the supply is either limited by who's willing to pay, or anyone can list and it gets very noisy. I've done this, but inbound leads isn't always the best. For OP, topstartups.io is similar to crunchbase but free. I also keep track of where my friends or friends of friends are working, and check in to see if they're enjoying it. Source: about 1 year ago
