Sometimes at tough times I want to go back to a verse my pastor offered but I usually forget which ones later. I can email him but at 1am I just want to find the verse, read it, and contemplate the situation. Since I don't read the original Greek, I'm working off translations. The English Standard Version that I got from bible.com used perfect, so that's what I used and what will be recognizable to most people.
