  I'm still happy with Apple Notes for its integration with all of Apple Apps, easy sharing with family members, etc. I have tamed it more as an ephemeral and quick Notes App. The notes that starts there are usually transferred to a more permanent and organized Plain-Text setup[1] (currently guardian-ed by Obsidian). I know it's essentially just another webapp (with mobile apps) for writing lists, but for some reason is the first one I actually found myself using, both at work and personally.
