Hi, please download BE MY EYES, it is a global support system there to help the Blind people. Choose your respective regional languages so blind people can have more people who can help them out in their mother tongue. It depends on the tech and what you are using it for. LIDAR scanning with audio feedback wouldn't require a connection nor would glasses that allow you to zoom but features like OCR, voice controls, or live location details would. Source: over 2 years ago
