Automate from Llamalab might do it for you. https://llamalab.com/automate/ I use it quite extensively and it is free on a limited basis. You can run I think three tasks simultaneously in the free version but you can get around that by creating a scheduling flow that starts other flows in a timed manner if you want. If you're on a recent macOS + iPad, there's Universal Control[0] (I use this as a way to have chat/mail on a second monitor).
