   Quick way to Gather User Information

   I love working with Iterate because it eliminates the need for bulky 50 question user surveys, live in person focus groups (was lovely during covid when this couldn't happen at all), and sifting through Google Analytics data for 'trends' to answer questions.

   We use Iterate because we're constantly testing new features on our site, landing pages with media spend, and messaging tactics. Iterate provides a single script to drop into your source code and then you can create custom branded surveys that keep the user on your site. We've been able to increase conversion rates, launch new products/services and get event/registration hesitation feedback in days/weeks instead of trying to decipher was directional data tells us.

   👎 Cons:    Can't use survey buttons to create second step on website

• Hey I’ve gotten an email with the @applausemail.com. There isn’t a test cycle for the job on uTest. I can’t verify anywhere that this is legit. UTest and applause are incredibly difficult to contact. Is this domain a scam?

• Can I share information like this via email? It is from a legit applause email address so I know it's real. I just want to make sure that this is not against the policy to share private information via email. Maybe it is some kind of a test? 🤔😅 Thanks in advance for the help.

While it was likely a legit email if it was from utest.com, applause.com or applausemail.com, you are wise to follow best email safety practices and not send information like this via email.
