"Shelter" which is comprised of "Rent" and "Owners Equivalent Rent" (OER) has a 35% weighting in the headline CPI number - higher in the Core CPI number. The apartment database sites (padmapper.com, apartmentlist.com, zeus, blueground etc) are apparently super unreliable and are scams, and the apartments I've found (Blackbird, Elise, Equity Residential, Grand Parc, etc) are apparently the same. So I am a soon-to-be college graduate and am going to be moving to Minneapolis in June and have begun to look for apartments. Are there any recommendations for apartment complexes or places to live? For reference, I will be working close to the Cedar Hurst area. I found a couple of places like Hello apartments and Deco 265 apartments on apartmentlist.com but wasn't sure about anything yet.
