I've recently created an Amazon seller central account, but was rejected. I mistakenly used the address that didn't match my uploaded documents (passport/bank statement). I received an email saying 'Within the next 30 days, register with a new email in (https://sellercentral.amazon.com/), update your country of origin, and upload new documents'. I heard from people that this may not be a good idea because it... Source: almost 2 years ago
If it's just the 'getting on to Amazon' part, well, that's just going to sellercentral.amazon.com and registering an account. The webpage pretty much walks you through the process. Source: almost 2 years ago

It is used for people to give feedback to the developers. So they set up the typical 'SimplyTestMe' but also a GitPod... Source: over 1 year ago
For reviews, it depends entirely on what you mean by "review". I believe core has a simple comment module, although it may have been deprecated for D9? There are likely many review-style modules on drupal.org that might work, or if you just want to link out to third-party reviews then it could just be a repeating-value link field on the Product content type.
