BTW, if you don't know anyone with a printer, you can always send it somewhere to have it printed. Lots of place online do it, such as hubs.com. Some UPS Stores now have 3D Printers as well: https://www.theupsstore.com/print/3d-printing/locations. Source: about 1 year ago
Use sketchup (it's free) to model it, then you can go to hubs.com or shapeways to get a quote on a 3D printed part. If it's gonna be out of the sun, you can probably get by with PLA. Otherwise use PETG for higher heat resistance. Source: about 1 year ago
