Basic install/setup was done in about an hour. Had some questions on customization and their support staff is quick to respond and very helpful. Very good value for the price!

We are tracking product recommendations and mentions on various public social media platforms and blogs. They can help you identify which product is more popular and what people think of it.
For booking, try and get them to use Google calendar. If nothing else, only for the website. Most (if not all) the plugins I've used had compatibility with Google Calendar.
