Are you talking about Clipy (one "p") with the latest release being 1.2.1 from October 2018 and whose website appears to be in Korean? - Source: Reddit / 8 days ago

Then there’s https://clipy-app.com as well (FOSS). But I prefer Maccy. Unlike many other top comments here I prefer dedicated smaller tools for individual tasks. - Source: Hacker News / 9 months ago
I believe Clipy https://clipy-app.com/ does this. - Source: Reddit / about 1 year ago

Clipy - I map this to option + command + v to access clipboard history, text emoticons, frequently shared URLs, etc. - Source: dev.to / over 1 year ago
Not built in, but Clipy is a good lightweight third-party app (it's a fork/continuation of the now-defunct ClipMenu). - Source: Reddit / almost 2 years ago
Https://clipy-app.com/ or the original http://www.clipmenu.com/, which still runs on Intel based macs. - Source: Reddit / almost 2 years ago
The inspiration was CLCL and ClipMenu/Clipy. The only thing left to add would be a small ToolTip near the tray area as a preview of the current Clipboard contents but I haven't figured out how exactly I want that to look like. - Source: Reddit / almost 2 years ago
In the very early 2000s I found CLCL and fell for it, the simplicity was just mesmerizing, it worked flawlessly with Windows 98 and had very little to no issues with XP, but onward was a hit & miss. In macOS (OS X then) I used ClipMenu because of the similarities, then got discontinued and Clipy was forked from it and kept alive the dream. - Source: Reddit / almost 2 years ago
