I assume you want a theme for marketing you SaaS vs AS your SaaS? I'd look at marketing themes perhaps. And look at 6-12 SaaS sites, see if they're done in WP (you can use builtwith.com to check). I don't know much about 'influencers' but https://builtwith.com/ is good for seeing what some public facing website is built with, https://stackshare.io/ tends to have a little more information about backends of sites and https://usesthis.com/ has a lot of interviews with various people about what they use.
