  I assume you want a theme for marketing you SaaS vs AS your SaaS? I'd look at marketing themes perhaps. And look at 6-12 SaaS sites, see if they're done in WP (you can use builtwith.com to check).   As u/purpleornavy commented, you can use https://builtwith.com/ to find out what technologies were used to create a website. It appears the website you linked is created with cargo.site. If you look on their wesite in the templates section, you can actually find a template that is pretty similar to the website you linked. Source: 12 months ago
