  u/tweedlepillar has recommended Blokada in the past and speaks accurately but I found that to avoid paying a subscription I needed v5 and not v6. You can get v5 by going direct to Blokada's website instead of getting it from Playstore. I did that and it was perfectly fine. Your device should say your security settings won't permit the install so simply change your "install from unknown sources" to yes while you do... Source: about 1 year ago
