  As for a website, you need to find a designer to design it for you or design it yourself using inspirations from websites like behance.net or dribbble and either go no code (eg.   Have a look though some blogs like Motionographer, Wine After Coffee, Art of the Title, where they showcase really great work and learn to analyse them critically, or sites like Vimeo and Behance where designers showcase their work. You need to be able to say why a piece is good and understand what skills and knowledge go into it.
