If you want to replace "FTP to DWH" with "SFTP to S3" then look at AWS Transfer Family of services. You can easily set up a secure SFTP managed service endpoint that dumps whatever you copy over SFTP into an s3 bucket. URL https://aws.amazon.com/aws-transfer-family/. Source: about 2 years ago
