  On the site audiojungle.net, there's a scream called "Female Scream by WisanSound in Human Sounds" with a green gem as an icon on the side.   And personally to find a song I use the bpm (tempo) and duration of said song. In theory you can find them on Storyblocks, but first thing since the first 5 hunters manhunt dream also uses songs from Audiojungle, and second thing musics get deleted all the time from Storyblocks which makes it very hard to find some songs from old videos (but not impossible).
