• What tool to track portfolio?

  I've been using Atom.finance for the last year or so. Was fine when it was free but now that they've moved to a paid model I've become more frustrated when features don't work correctly. One of the great things about their platform is that they link directly to your brokerage account via plaid. Again, just wish it functioned correctly more consistently. Source: over 2 years ago

• Personal Capital - M1 Spend - Can I link my Lincoln Savings Account Independently?

  I have had horrible luck getting Plaid to work with M1 investment accounts at atom.finance. I constantly have to re-enter my credentials. I don't know which side is at fault, but hopefully, Plaid adding M1 Spend means the connector has been reviewed and is more stable. Source: over 2 years ago

• How Can You Benchmark Your Portfolio Against The S&P 500? (Preferably Live)

  I use https://atom.finance/ and find their news and portfolio tracking which easily shows portfolio vs S&P and other indexes useful. Source: almost 3 years ago

• Where do you find breaking market news e.g. what caused the market drop at 1pm today?

  I use atom.finance's app and am currently trying the premium subscription out. It pushed a notification to my phone when the news came out. Premium alerts usually come a little earlier, but you can probably get by with the free alerts. They have a pretty good screener. Source: almost 3 years ago

  Not having the terminal I use another app called atom.finance to look into the ownership of GME. I further checked all the information there with buy and sell filings from https://fintel.io/sos/us/gme. I didn't need to correct anything, so the data on atom.finance seems to take the latest sell & buy filings into consideration. Source: about 3 years ago

• Portfolio aggregators that work well with M1Finance?

  I use atom.finance for their alerts. Plaid is buggy syncing with M1 and Fidelity for me, although it is fine syncing with Vanguard. Source: about 3 years ago
