This website is good for getting a list of all of the feelings in the English language. You can go through and ask whatever you're feeling "is this right". Ex. There's this website that tries to show you how to guide your emotions and responses http://atlasofemotions.org/ I don't know if it helps directly but it's definitely insightful, especially to understand that your responses are somewhat uncontrollable, they're more preset.
