Social recommendations and mentions

We have tracked the following product recommendations or mentions on various public social media platforms and blogs. They can help you see what people think about Amuse and what they use it for.
  • Would it be a bad idea to have a poorly mixed and mastered music be distributed to major platforms?
Amuse.io have a free tier. Just so you know. Source: about 2 years ago
  • Can you distribute through two labels onto one spotify artist page?
I used amuse.io and now I'm using dittomusic and I just want to know if there's any way you can distribute music to the same spotify artist page through two distributors? Source: about 2 years ago
  • Using Wombo Dream to generate album art
For submitting to services like Spotify, they require a minimum image size of 3000x3000 (at least amuse.io requires this for submitting to Spotify, Apple, etc - not sure if this is a Spotify/Apple/Google requirement or if just something Amuse requires) whereas Wombo only exports 1920x1080. To get to that size, I open an image in photopea.com and then crop the photo that Wombo has generated to remove the frame they... Source: over 2 years ago
  • This is my story (From nothing to Spinnin Records to depressionā€¦)
To be fair though, distributors are still worth it so long as you get a good value one, it makes it so easy to get your music on spotify, itunes, tiktok etc for no effort. I think amuse.io still does a free subscription too? And some other ones are pretty cheap too, like distrokid for 20 bucks a year, or beatchain for like 7 a month if you live month-to-month like me. • What are some (cheap) music distro services that allow the follosing features?
Second I'd personally suggest to try out amuse.io, they do most of what you want in free tier and the rest is covered by yearly subscription (2 tiers - 25$ and 60$) for unlimited releases that stay there until you take them down (even on free tier). Source: over 2 years ago
  • Finally jumped off the pirate ship and bought LEGIT Ableton 11!
In your experience, is amuse.io any better than distrokid? I have an orphaned dk account because I started it under one name, decided to change it due to conflict, and can't change it on dk lmao. Source: over 2 years ago
  • Artwork upload error
I solved the problem by deleting my distrokid account(had nothing on it, my first release anyway) and starting an amuse.io account instead. No issues with uploads. Release on 12/26šŸ˜Ž. Source: over 2 years ago
  • Alternative to DistroKid that offers mechanical licenses for covers (that is not $15 per song per year)
Amuse? They have a decent free tier, you can also pay a bit more for their boost or pro options to get into more stores, create pre-save links, etc. I've used them for a few tracks and they're pretty good for just getting stuff out there. Source: over 2 years ago
