They’ve been reliable for me, and though I did encounter one issue (wrong vial sent), they were good about dealing with it quickly since it was a time-sensitive medication.   Additionally, I used Alto Pharmacy for prescription delivery in SF. But, I went to a dermatologist and she said everyone in NY uses Capsule.
