We’ve had similar posts in the past where community members shared that their accounts were suspended. Nord has described prohibited activities in their Terms of Service (https://my.nordaccount.com/legal/terms-of-service/, paragraph 8 ). The last time this happened, the Nord team explained: “We use automated tools to identify web scraping and minimize abuse of our Services. These tools look for irregular patterns when new sessions are initiated, and if such patterns are noticed, they may automatically suspend your account or limit your access to the Services until further investigation is complete.” It’s good to know that you managed to get a refund, however, I highly recommend checking whether the email you used for the Nord account was breached just to be sure that everything is okay.
