    Regarding email, I find the Mail app to be adequate for most purposes. However, I do prefer Mimestream on Mac and Spark on iOS for their user interface. Specifically, I find Spark on Mac to be a bit heavy. It is worth noting that I use custom domain email hosted through Apple instead of Gmail.

    Obviously on Mac, spotlight is replaced with raycast and Terminal with iTerm mostly because of dev stuff. And IINA replaces QuickTime.

    This new web browser is going to kill Chrome
    For browsing, my primary browser is ARC, which I find to have a neat UI and UX. However, if Safari were to add proper extensions support, I would consider making it my primary browser. On mobile, Safari is still my go-to browser. I use Safari as a secondary browser for government, financial, and GitHub login since I use passwords formerly keychain.
