Well, if your A-record for mail.domain.com points to your internal IP, that's your problem right there. You probably need a cname-record instead with mail.domain.com pointing to domain.com (or your dyn-dns domain name).

I have checked my MX, DKIM, SPF and DMARC entries using mxtoolbox.com. These checked out fine. However I get an error for smtp. I have an A record for mail that points to the internal IP of my mailserver (ex. 192.168.1.150).
