Sure, mobile web browsing kept this pin in place, but it was arrogant of Apple to think that this was enough. Case in point: using reddit.com and facebook.com on *desktop* Safari is a shit show. Reddit and Facebook have little reason to spend the time and money to make it better for Safari... And the downward spiral continues.
